Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders for Vigor Peak™ are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

During peak demand or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Incomplete or incorrect billing or shipping details can delay processing by up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Domestic Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Transit times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

All delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by Vigor Peak™.

Refused, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Packages that are refused or returned to sender may be subject to shipping and handling fees deducted from any applicable refund.

Vigor Peak™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

International shipments can be delayed by customs and may take up to 12 weeks to arrive in some regions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes after the order is submitted cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible once processing begins.

Delivery Confirmation

If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Vigor Peak™ is unable to issue a refund for non‑receipt.

For any delivery disputes, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund, all Vigor Peak™ bottles must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
